Hatimuda Sdn Bhd was established in 1994 in Malacca as a PKK Class D Construction Company.Since then, it has grown steadily to become a PKK Class A, CIDB Grade G7 Construction Company. In 1998, Hatimuda Sdn Bhd moved its main office to Shah Alam, Selangor while maintaining Melaka as a branch office. Hatimuda Sdn Bhd has been certified MS ISO 9001 : 2000 – Provision of Construction Services for Building and Civil Engineering Works.

Hatimuda Sdn Bhd is also a 100% Bumiputra company with majority shareholding held by its founder and Managing Director, Ir. Hj Zainal B. Bachik who has wide experience in the government and private sector before venturing on his own.
